Procedures for Amateur Dramatic Society's, Colleges and Schools to obtain permission to perform
'CHURCHILL - The Musical'

Please fill out the online enquiry form to register your interest. We will then send you a 'draft' contract listing all details.

After reading through the draft contract and confirming you are happy to proceed, you will then be sent a final version of the contract for signing along with an invoice for £100 non refundable deposit, which includes the cost of 5 full scripts and 5 vocal scores.

When all performances are over you must notify us of the total amount received from the box office receipts. An invoice will then be raised for 15% of this figure or £75 per performance, whichever is the greater. When making payment please deduct the £100 deposit previously paid.

£10 Service and administration fee

Purchase Fees

£8 Full script produced in a spiral bound A4 size book format.
(5 scripts are included with your £100 deposit)

All scripts are for purchase only and photocopying is strictly prohibited.

£8 Full Vocal Score of all songs produced in a spiral bound A4 size book format.
(5 vocal scores are included with your £100 deposit)

All vocal scores are for purchase only and both scanning and photocopying are strictly prohibited.

Rental Fees

£90 CD of all 18 backing tracks used in the show (excluding film clips) for 4 weeks.

Thereafter rental of the CD is charged at £20 per week. (VAT will be added to this item)

£75 DVD of 23 film clips to cover scene changes and introduce the next scene for 4 weeks.

Thereafter rental of the DVD is charged at £20 per week. (VAT will be added to this item)

£40 CD of sound effects used during the show (spitfire's, explosions, sea gulls, chimes etc) for 4 weeks.

Thereafter rental of the CD is charged at £10 per week. (VAT will be added to this item)
